Been using this service for months and month - going a year. Never have an issue. They always close the gate and lock it back up, text me when they are going to show up the day of pickup and 15 min before they come to the house. payments are very easy and done monthly for me for 2 dogs. We get a ton of snow up here in monument so they are usually able to let me know when its not best to pick up (snow covers stuff they cant see). When in doubt if theres snow Ive gotten use to them coming out outside my pick up day to pick it up or they delay a week and pick it all up. Sure to pick up their phone quick, very personable. I recommend a lot of people here to their services. Highly recommend their services. I have had some guests pups at my house due to emergencies with family members and they havent even complained if theres been extra pick up for that week which Im truly grateful. They are in and out. fast. I rarely see them when Im home, and I like the fact they are like that. Like a ghost who magically cleans up the back yard. Thank yoU!
