Springs Waste Pet Systems

This company is a waste of your time and their customer service is GOD awful. I was rescheduled to January 5th because scheduling conflicts on their end, and then again because I requested more than a 4 hour ETA window. I have two dogs that WILL bite a stranger that comes onto our property, and did not have the ability to stand by for 4 hours waiting for someone to arrive. I was then rescheduled to the 6th sometime between 9-10am (granted- due to weather which is beyond their control) but then was advised after 10am that I was being rescheduled yet again. I was told someone would be reaching out to me shortly to reschedule, and instead received an email saying they’ve taken on more than they could chew. This entire ordeal started before the new year, and I could’ve long had someone come out to pick up the yard while these yahoos messed around and ultimately ended up admitting fault and saying they can’t handle any new clients. I’m not sure how much I believe that, but DONT waste your time with these people. Especially if you try to be cognizant of where your dogs are when strangers are on your property. They’re nothing but poor communication, awful customer service and a waste of your time.
