Excellent customer service from national headquarters relating my immediate need to the franchisee handling my rural new home location. He called me the next day and made the trip to my rural property quickly several hours away for yard cleanup before I moved into my just purchased house. The snow had melted and there was a lot of dog droppings from the seller’s dogs. Great experience.

The 1st 3 appointments went great. The initial free cleaning and then the following 2 appointments all went without any issues and I was very impressed and happy with the service. I was even telling friends and family how great the poop911 service is and starting to refer people to the service. But then the past 2 weeks no one showed up to do the yard and I didn't receive any phone calls or emails stating why they didn't come out. The cleanings were scheduled on my account portal online but no one contacted me and no one showed up. I don't owe any money or anything. I tried calling and I left 2 voicemails so far and still no one has returned my calls. I am having a Barbeque tomorrow and now I have to go out and clean 2 weeks worth of dog poop from my yard because I can't get a hold of anyone at poop911 to even find out what's going on. They need better customer service! I will post an update when I finally hear back but this is unacceptable...

Dan and his crew are the best! They not only seek and search for all the poop in the yard, but they also grab some elk/deer poop as an extra bonus. They are so professional, their communication is outstanding, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!
