POOP 911 Pueblo County

I appreciate having a service like this however when I asked to have my service paused for a week they still came out and charged me. I made three phone calls to get this rectified. When I finally reached the owner he let me know that he had credited my bank account on the 17th. I tried to begin explaining that I hadn't checked my bank account this week he cut me off and said well if you haven't checked your bank account why did you call me. I didn't get to finish explaining that I hadn't checked it this week and how was I supposed to know that it was refunded but none of my attempts to reach this company we're responded to. I don't expect people to bend over backwards for me but to blame me rather than help me is really an absolute poor business model. My husband and I have two residences and the other property has been receiving poop 911 for at least 6 years. So we will be looking into canceling service for that property as well.

Great service! My dad is a senior with some health challenges so it’s hard for him to do yard work and cleaning up dog poo is a major task for him. I’m so glad I found Poop911! They did a great job of cleaning up the poo around the yard. My dad was really happy with their quick response for a service request and for the kind note that was left on the door telling him they had been by on the designated day to handle the request. Poop911 is an Awesome company & Dad is happy to continue service with them. I initially spoke with Jeff about my dad’s needs and he was great with answering my questions and telling me about our first poop service visit. Sign up for service on the website was easy to complete —- everything about the job and pricing was right up front so there were no surprises which worked out great for my dad’s budget. Two thumbs and one paw 🐾 raised for a great experience! Highly recommended!

What can I say? This service makes it into my monthly budget every month. My husband and I have 4 small children and 3 dogs...between work and activities the yard doesn’t always have top priority. Our guy does a great job and the price is worth every penny. Staff is always polite and courteous and they work hard. I enjoy having a clean yard!!!

The concept is great! I've used similar services in other states. Unfortunately, on several occasions. The technician reported they scooped my yard but left tons of feces in main areas, or didn't show for the week and I was still charged, they've also left bags of feces when I requested it either be taken away or they reschedule me for service the day prior to my trash pickup. This would allow me to do my part and dispose of the pet waste in my trash bin. When I changed the day, the yard was still untouched. So i had to cancel the service after a few weeks of trying to work with the company.

I am very pleased with the service Jose Mesa provided. He was pleasant and polite with me. He had an easy, comfortable manner with my dogs that reassured me that he had obviously had a lot of experience around dogs. He did a great job with poop removal. He was amazingly fast & efficient! I would definitely recommend Mr. Mesa and Poop 911 services to anyone in the Ute Pass and Woodland Park area.
