POOP 911 Northern Colorado

I have used POOP911 for the past few months and I am now moving so it is no longer needed, but I wanted to come on here and thank Brain for his amazing service!!! Always on time, gets the job done, very professional. I enjoyed my services with him and if in the future I need services again, I will be calling POOP911. Thank you guys!

Instead of doing a better job, or making it right, they'll just fire you as a customer, when you are dissatisfied with their poor service. Took these pics no more than an hour after the tech left, and asked the owner of the company if this was normal, since is the first time hiring a service like this. This is not the first time we had been unhappy with the quality of work and questioned it. I guess after 2 times of not being happy the tech just quits your location.

We have been using POOP 911 for the past year when I had surgery and unable to walk After recovery, we loved having the yard cleaned every week and continued with their service. I highly recommend them. We have 2 large dogs and love having a clean yard. The dogs love it too!

I had this service for about 2 years. They were consistently good. I needed to cancel my service and could not find a way to do that. Sent several emails and made several phone calls. I would have given them 5 stars had I been able to cancel. I still am getting billed.

I'm pretty disappointed, my review is not based on receiving the service because everytime we scheduled the initial appointment no one showed up. I emailed and received communication but the next 2 times that we scheduled they were again, no call no shows. Im not comfortable doing business with someone that can't even tell me they're late or simply not able to make it. It's a busy time of year, I get it, but it's a business, I would have appreciated communication. I went with a different service and they showed the next day after booking their services.
