Pet Butler

We started Pet butler only a couple of months ago. We initially had Jordan and she was awesome. Very good at communicating and did a thorough job in our backyard as we have 3 dogs. I'm not sure why the sudden change since then but we have had random people since then and it has been awful. They are in our yard less than 10 minutes leaving behind alot of poop. This last one this morning was the worst. They sent a text saying our service had begun however the person did not enter our yard for another 10 minutes. They were in our yard a total of 4 minutes before returning to the truck and leaving. They barely cleaned any poop. I was home this entire time. I'm really disappointed. EDIT: We spoke to Jordan after the first couple of times they left poop on our yard she was very friendly apologized and they were sent back to complete the job. Unfortunately this morning was the worst yet. Right after leaving I went out to ensure our gate was shut and found MULTIPLE piles of poop in the yard still. The job just isn't done thoroughly and especially for the price paid monthly for a service that isn't being completed.

Jordan and her team are top notch. I could not ask for better service. Thanks for taking care of my puppies the way you do; because my kids will not. Highly recommended Pet Butler.

Pet Butler has been a great service for us. They are consistent, responsive and communicative when there is a schedule change. Most importantly, we love having a poop free yard for our dogs!
