I have been using Dogwood for many years and highly recommend their services. Brooke, who cleans our yard is incredibly thorough and reliable.
Do not use Dogwood!!!! They continued to charge us, continued to show up, but literally stopped picking up my dog’s waste. After they would leave I’d go outside and there would be piles of poop. When I called to inquire they never returned my messages and refused to send someone back out to do the job. DO NOT USE THEM!
Tech would show up and not pick anything up, I have several photo’s of waste still in the yard, sent pictures and emails requesting cancellation. They have continued to show up even when I canceled.
We ended up going with DoodyCalls because they were sporadic with showing up and you can never get a hold of a "living" person when you try to call. Very poor customer service. Do not use this company
We moved out of their service area but they made it work for us. Great pickup service and haven’t had any issues
