Work quality was good but service was poor. Cancelled service and refused to refund the outstanding week. Said he would show up on Tuesday then wouldn't show. - this only works for people with a lot of flexibility
Stunned to see how many decent reviews there are. He never showed up on time, sometimes not even on the right day with less than 5 mins notice. He was rude to me and literally stole money from us because we didn't continue his service. We asked for it back when he didn't show up the final time that we'd paid him for and he denied it. We cancelled service because he increased the price by 50% and nothing changed on our end. Definitely don't hire this guy, Western Slope Poo Squad is so much better.
These guys are so awesome - same day service and the yard was sooo clean so quickly. We are grateful for them. Couldn't recommend more highly.
