Had not been charged for service for 6 months. The credit card number had changed and my wife made attempt to give them the new card for payment. The owner, after being absent for several months, finally calls. He is given the new card and then charged our twice for $325. Now we cannot reach him for reimbursement no matter how many times we try. We even spoke with an employee that cannot seem to contact the owner. I am hoping it is something legitimate but something seems shady at the moment.

I wonder if this service is still in business? Their voicemail box is full so it is impossible to reach them by phone; and they have not responded for days to inquiries left online. I have no idea how to reach them.

We've been using their service for several months and strongly recommend them - very affordable and professional. Summer is always so nice & pleasant to see and she is communicative.
