These guys and gals are very kind and genuine. Always on time, gave reminders, well priced, customer service is top notch. I was very thankful to have found this company, would definitely recommend.

I hired Duty Free Pet Service to clean up a yard of a house we purchased. Previous owners had been neglectful so it was quite a bit of dog business. Matt came out and did a wonderful cleanup. It was reasonably priced. I’m glad I hired them. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been a Duty Free client for the last couple of years, and I'm so pleased with my service. The techs always text me before they get here and tape a note on my door to confirm that they finished service. They're so nice and I love when I can make their day by giving them some cookies or a popsicle when it's hot. The office folks work with you to find the right price fit and are responsive and communicative. Would definitely recommend this service!

Great service! I honestly have no complaints. I hired them to do one of my least favorite chores, and I'm so glad I did! No more forgetting, no more procrastinating, no more excuses. They are thorough and keep to the schedule without issue. Plus, their customer service is great. They're easy to reach and quickly resolve issues (in my case, updating my card for payments). They're definitely worth the money!

Love duty free pets! They take a big stress off of our shoulders. Not to mention customer service is great. Any questions or concerns, they answer quickly and take care of everything needed. They come weekly and leave a little card to let you know that they were here and who took care of you this week.
