The woman that came was so sweet and she took the time to speak with me and pet my dogs. This company has a very strong people first attitude. My yard looks amazing and I truly enjoyed the way she took time out of her day to show some kindness.

Lousy service and lousy manager. I called today,Friday😆to tell them they didn’t fill all the bag stations. The manager then COMPLAINED to me I should have called Monday to let them know. Why don’t businesses take the proper responsibility that when they provide a service to someone that means that they do their job. This company obviously does not understand it and I would never hire them if I lived other than in a townhome community. This phone call this morning was an embarrassment of the lack of customer service of the manager today.JUST PITIFUL. Once again bad customer service. The owner Brad is a giant whinner if you complain. He talks over you and doesn’t listen or take appropriate action. Our dog stations are getting short changed from what we pay for. He actually said to me” tell my worker “. No wonder his employees. He does not exhibit respect to his customer. Probably whines to his employees. He just is pitiful.

I have a large yard with 3 large dogs, I am so impressed with how detailed they were about getting ever square foot threw multiple different landscape projects without harming any of my displays.

I really like Sarah, she is extremely consistent and communicative, and has been with the company for quite a while. It's very rare that she misses anything in the yard, and she bags everything up nicely. She basically has never missed a day, and if it's snowy, she lets you know when she will reschedule. She's awesome, and if she left, I don't know what I would do! I'm a tiny bit sad the company stopped leaving dog treats on the door, because my dog expects a milkbone when she sees the tag on scoop day and gets excited, but it's not a big deal. It's not an inexpensive service and a bit of a luxury for me, but without Sarah my yard would be disgusting, I can't keep up on my own!
