Duty Free Pets

Duty Free Pets has always had great communication. Someone lets me know when their on their way, which is great. Our dog is friendly but protective so it's just easier to bring her inside. I've never had any issues with the service and feel that it's well worth the money. Some might think it's crazy to pay someone to do something that could be done yourself but I find it super convenient and it saves us time. This service makes it easy and one less thing on the to do list. I have already recommended Duty Free Pets to a friend and would continue to do so.

We love Duty Free. The owner is amazing and always communicates with the clients and is upfront about everything. We usually have Miles biweekly and he does a wonderful job. Always so friendly and they do such a good job. We can’t recommend them enough!!!

I am so grateful that I found Duty Free Pets. I jokingly say it's the one "bougie" thing I do for myself. Our technicians - Matthew, Allison, Eric and Paul - always text when they are on the way so we can expect them. If the weather is bad or when we've been out of town, they are very understanding about having to cancel an appointment. Always so friendly and thorough. We appreciate the great job they does for us each week.

I have used Duty Free Pets for about a year. They are always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The gate is always closed for my dog’s safety after every service. Even when they have to skip a service due to a storm or issue, they come back out as soon as possible unprompted. It’s nice to never have to worry about picking up after my two dogs, and I’m very happy to have found a reliable company.

Ray is our technician and we are delighted to have him. He is very kind, keeps us informed with his route schedule so we can plan ahead with the pups, quick & always efficient! I can’t say enough good things about having him as our tech and really thank him for the job well done. The communication from the company is well handled and we even received a personal Christmas card signed by the team, that was a very nice touch! I recommend them to anyone considering this service. They are top notch!
