This is a very poorly run company. Their customer service is terrible, and their lack of communication and and effort makes the experience dealing with this company excruciating. I would save yourself the pain and hassle and try Doodie Call, where the staff actually care about your business and are willing to cooperate with their clients in any way possible!
Jorge is outstanding. He does a wonderful job with my litter boxes.
