Scoopity Poops

From the swift response I received about the services offered, to the quality of service provided just a couple of short days later. I wish I had before pictures but I do have an after of all the poop Richard scooped (in bags of course)! Richard does the job that most pet owners dread, and I couldn’t be more thankful for his business.

I used Scoopity Poops for pet sitting while we were away. Setup on their website was really easy but also impressively thorough. While we were gone, I got an email every time Richard visited the house along with photos of our pets. I will absolutely be using them again!

Always listens to any concerns and takes time to make sure you are taken care of properly. He has been a 10/10 to work with and really makes my lawn a lot better to look at. He is a genuine professional and would be a pleasure to have cleaning your yards.

I called and spoke with Richard and he explained everything clearly and was able to fit my yard in quickly and put me on a regular schedule. His system is professional and organized, which I really appreciate. On the first service he showed up with a smile and was very friendly, even working through this horrible valley heat. He did an amazing job, and every visit since he’s come with the same positive attitude and gets the job done right. I’m so glad I found him!

Richard has excellent customer service skills, had me set up with a weekly plan in minutes on the phone when I found his service. He uses Electronic pay, he is in and out, leaving the yard clean. I no longer need to worry about dog poo getting out of hand. I would recommend Scoopity Poops.
