Scoopity Pooper Scooper Service

Very poor service. Disappointed that communication was unclear and scheduling was always an issue. When this was explained, the owner Russell was very rude and even went so far as to reprimand my husband for not understanding things that were not even explained about the services. Look elsewhere. Just having your dog's poop scooped up is not worth 30 text messages back and forth arguing with someone.

I love this service, Russell is great, I have mobility issues and the service he provides is a big help! He's quick, professional and reliable. I definitely recommend this service to anyone that needs help cleaning up after their dogs.

Russell is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive, gets the job done quickly and and prices are very economical. We have three dogs and work like crazy so keeping the backyard clean is a chore we just don't have time for. I have artificial turf and after his weekly visits it looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend!
