Scoop Magic Dog Waste Removal

So glad I finally contacted Scoop Magic! My dog run was getting out of hand with the busy life of 3 toddlers and starting my own business. Finally decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did! They are so friendly and always let you know before they arrive and send documentation after a clean up and to show that they closed your gates. They even went above and beyond this last week and pulled some weeds for me in the dog run! Thank you so much for all your help! Definitely have a lifelong client here! I came across Scoop Magic on Instagram one day after my boyfriend and I had talked about needing to get out and clean up our dogs poop because it was getting out of hand. It was just something that slipped under the radar since we both work full time. I reached out to them and spoke with Carson, the owner. He was quick to reply and incredibly professional. We have been with Scoop Magic ever since and it has been an amazing help, especially since we are both so busy. Carson is amazing and always lets us know when he is on the way, and sends a picture of our locked gate for piece of mind before leaving. He has even gone above and beyond to pick up a pile of weeds we had left one weekend that we hadn't gotten around to! He is also incredibly flexible with scheduling. When I told him we were leaving for vacation for a few weeks and that our dog would be staying with family, he made it super easy to communicate and work out scheduling. I cannot say enough amazing things about Scoop Magic! I highly recommend their services!!!

Carson is great. Even if you don’t hire his magical scooping services, I would advise you to at least get to know the guy. But if you do hire him, you won’t regret it. our rescue dog had stool issues when we brought him home and has developed a lot of food sensitivities making it very difficult to clean up his 💩. Carson takes care of this like a pro, and even managed to win the affection of our very timid/nervous dog!

Having scoop magic handle the waste removal for my house was a no brainer. Carson was prompt with providing quote and explanation of services. He communicates very well on when he’s going to show up and when he leaves, I always get a picture of my gate closed which gives me comfort that my animals are safe. Highly recommend this company!
