Nathan is completely trustworthy and dependable. He has never missed a scheduled appointment day, rain or shine, and always calls 15-30 minutes before arrival. Easy to talk with and friendly, I welcome his twice-weekly visits.

We are extremely happy with Scoop and Bucket. Nathan texts to confirm the day before and again shortly before arrival. The dogs are always happy to see him (and vice versa). He finds, scoops and removes the poop from two dogs. On two occasions we offered him extra compensation when a trio of goats came through our back fence and deposited goat poop around the yard. When weather precludes service, he schedules make up time.
