We've been very happy with the scoop squad- we get a courtesy call each week to let us know that they will be arriving soon- but we don't have to actually be there. We have two dogs, a large and a small, and they're able to work with them in the yard. We're already scooping two litter boxers, and we are very busy with working full time and taking care of the rest of the house- so getting out to scoop the yard often enough wasn't always happening- so for us, it's worth the price. They've also had them to deodorize the turf, and when one treatment wasn't enough- they offered to repeat the service free of charge. So overall, very professional, reliable, and a literal load off our minds!
