We've been using Pet Butler for over a year now, and Kelly has always been great! We love that she's professional, courteous, and super kind. She's also always sure to close our gates and make sure that they're latched properly, which is a big deal for us and our escape artist of a dog lol. The company is thoughtful and reaches out to discuss any changes, and has immediately rectified any issue we've ever had (they've all been tiny issues). Every now and then Kelly will be out for a day, and anyone sent in her place has also been top notch. Thank y'all for being awesome!
