On June 5, 2025, around 3:00 PM, I was driving northbound on Highway 680 with my children when I had a troubling encounter with a Pet Butler vehicle. While signaling and safely preparing to merge into the right lane—which was completely clear—I double-checked my blind spot and began to merge. Suddenly, from my peripheral view, I noticed a Pet Butler truck speeding aggressively into the same lane. To avoid a collision, I quickly returned to my original lane. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Shortly after, I observed the same vehicle weaving recklessly between lanes at what had to be close to 100 mph. I attempted to safely catch up to record the license plate but could not due to the extreme speed and unsafe maneuvering. In hindsight, I regret not calling the California Highway Patrol, as this driver posed a serious risk to everyone on the road. I did contact Pet Butler’s office and spoke with a woman who listened to my concerns. She confirmed that their vehicles are equipped with tracking systems and assured me that she would report the incident to her manager. While I’m grateful my family is safe, this situation could have ended in tragedy. I urge Pet Butler to take immediate action to review their vehicle logs and ensure that this kind of behavior is not tolerated. Professional drivers must be held to a higher standard—especially when representing a company on public roads. Safety must come first.

My weekly service was done today with Jason as usual. I got a text at 11:30 that was my service was being started. Which was false, so that was flag number one. He actually arrived according to my ring camera at 11:41 and left at 11:46. Mind you I had never received a 5 min long service for my yard before. So I walked the yard and noticed many areas that were not cleaned of the waste and took photos. I called customer service and he came back in about 30 minutes. He knocked on the door and had me walk the yard to show where he had missed. I thanked him for coming back so fast and showed him the first area where was missed. Throughout walking the first area of the backyard he continued to say oh these little pieces, let me get those! Where else? Where else sir. I showed him and he said oh my eyes are bad. The continued where else sir in a very sarcastic attitude, made feel unappreciated and that he had an attitude. I told him I didn't appreciate the sarcasm and told him I was going to just cancel the service. We had a little back and forth, and I asked him to leave my home after yelling at me. Of course the service was left unfinished. This was a service I pay for weekly and I expect a good amount of time to be spent on it to make sure it is done properly. I wish he didn't knock on the door to have me walk it with him. And that he just came in by himself to re-walk the yard and clean a little more thorough. I imagine having a customer out with you as you picked up animal waste made him feel belittled or less than. But that is not my intention. Walking the yard with him made me feel awkward. I'm a very humble person and am not interested in making someone feel a way. Which I imagine he did. I know how I would feel if I were in his shoes. But he made me feel like my business was not appreciated and that I was complaining over minor areas missed. But it was quite a bit that missed. Overall, I had a good experience up until today and cancelled my service with pet butler.

A great team. We've had multiple reps service our back yard and they're always on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. Between my own work and other life commitments, I'd never be able to keep up with my three dogs on my own. Pet Butler makes it easier to keep my pack clean and happy. Highly recommended.
