Bay Area POOP 911

Poop 911 has been a great help for my Dad, who is a senior citizen with a dog. It's hard for him to do yard work or clean up his dog's poo, so I hired this company to help my Dad out. They come routinely, are professional, and we've had no issues. We appreciate the help with the clean-up - would highly recommend. Thanks for all that you do Poop 911!

Dependable, thorough, pleasant service.

I used this service in SF for several months and for the most part it was ok. The tech would message me when they were on their way and call me when they were outside if hadn't responded. They did an ok job cleaning the yard. Today the tech messaged me while was on a series of calls and then again once they reached and then 4 minutes later that they had to leave. No call or ring on the door. I saw their messages later and they said they couldn't call since they were on an important phone call. Hey, guess what, so wasI! l guess I'm just expected to stare at my phone for his messages. The cherry on top was me getting charged. I asked for a refund since the tech didn't do the job. got a response from "Jason" telling me would be refunded but corporate would charge me next time. I replied telling him it's clearly not my fault if the tech expects me to be looking at my phone the entire day waiting for his message and a call should be expected. lf he doesn't agree, he can cancel my service. He responded later with a cancellation confirmation. So yeah, that's what you can expect with this company. Guess their workload has rubbed off on their work ethic.

Absolutely love this service. These guys never let me down, they are very reliable. Everyone is great and Daron is fantastic. My yard smells nice after they leave. I look forward to their visits.
