POOP 911 Sacramento

My wife and I never give bad reviews and we feel bad having to write this review today. We've been been with POOP911 for over a year and always loved their service. We have 2 dogs, 85 lb lab/bulldog mix and a 30 lb beagle. Along with what others have stated in the reviews, DORA was awesome!! She always came to our home happy and with treats---our boys loved her. About 2 months ago---a guy started coming out (not sure his name), he did a terrible job in our yard and was leaving poop behind--cause smells. Talked to Scott the owner and told him our concerns. He promply offered a couple weeks free and put us on the full service spray for our turf. He also assigned Dora back to our home----we were happy. Now today, a new guy came into our yard (never seen him before). He wasn't in our yard for more than 3 minutes. Missed poop in 2 areas and didn't even go to those areas. We had video on ring for his service and we also took pictures. I messaged Scott to tell him our concerns again and cancel our service (sent him pics and video also). His response was, I totally understand. I didn't charge you for today and I cancelled your service. Not an apology or any type of explanation. Anyways, we had recommended this service to multiple people (a couple started and cancelled services already). We are now canclled and would not recommend to anyone. Scott---if you are going to run a business, especially with your employees coming into people back yards, they need to be friendly and professional. You need to hire more people like Dora----all the others are terrible. Just some honest feedback. It was great while it lasted.

I've just started using this service and I couldn't be happier. They are always punctual, arriving right on schedule every week, and they do a thorough job every time. It's clear they take pride in their work and they make sure nothing is missed and leave the yard spotless. It's such a relief not to have to worry about this chore anymore. The convenience alone is worth it, but the consistent professionalism really sets them apart. If you're a dog owner looking to keep your yard clean without the hassle, I highly recommend this service!

Paul from Poop911 did a stellar job on my yard he also brought treats for my two boys. He is very friendly, thorough and fast! Would highly recommend this service & him!!

Dora is the bright star in this company. Before her we had Kyle who was professional and friendly after him Dora came with treats for the dogs and very cheerful personality. We love Dora. Now we have Emily and she's through ( no treats 😔 ) but the boys seem to like her. Maybe if Scott got more people we could get an extra day of pickup. Until then 7 dogs compete for grass space. I'd very much recommend Poop 911. Great job.

WOW! Unbelievable job! We have two large dogs (american staff/rot mixes) and we had a hard time keeping up with their poop and had way too much to handle with our full time jobs! Made the appointment so quickly and easily, and they came out exactly when we needed them too and handled all of it! Stellar job and so happy to know we have someone who will keep our yard clean with ongoing service and at a reasonable price!! 5 STARS 100%!
