Really happy with the service, especially from a new company. We have to medium-large breed dogs so it can be a tall order with juggling long work days and so forth. The yard was spotless when we get home and the dogs got some mid day bonus ear scratches which warms my heart. Haven't had a chance to try any of their additional services yet, but I'll add to my review if they do. 5 🌟

ScooperNova is simply awesome! I am disabled and have struggled for years to keep up after my service dog poops in my backyard...this past February, I had another medical emergency that left me completely unable to do it. ScooperNova takes care of EVERYTHING and more! They text me when they're on the way, when they're done, they text me a pic of my closed gate so I know everything is secure. I needed them to come on a very specific day so that my backyard would be as clean as possible when my gardeners came the next morning, and they said you know, normally we're not in your area on that day, but let's try to work out a plan. And they absolutely did work out a great plan for me. They love my dog, and he loves them. Also...they are THOROUGH. My dog seems to be competing for an award in "Poops in the Weirdest Place Ever" and man he is WINNING. I've looked around after they left and I haven't found ANYTHING left. They have competitive prices, and I got my first clean free (which i dont know if it was just a special at the time, but other companies I was also looking at wanted like $135 for the first clean, so I was VERY happy). Also, they haul the picked-up poop away, which i loooove. Every once in awhile, I will add on a deoderizing spray for a little extra to freshen things up. I just can't say enough good things about them...it used to stress me out so much that I couldn't keep my backyard clean for my dog or myself, and now that stress is gone. I've worked mainly with Karen, and she is the best!
