Scoop King has been fantastic since we recently switched from our previous vendor of 5–6 years. I couldn’t be happier with their service. I’m not sure what their techs are doing differently, but our dog—who can normally hear a pin drop from 27 miles away and used to bark every single time the old company came early in the mornings—hasn’t barked once since Scoop King started. Honestly, it’s both confusing and amazing! Their customer service is unmatched, and it’s clear they truly value their customers and the relationships they build. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried a few pet waste removal services over the years, but Scoop King in Chandler, AZ is hands-down the best. Their pooper scooper technicians are always on time, super friendly, and do a thorough job every visit. I love that they send on-the-way alerts and leave gate photos when they’re done, such a thoughtful touch that gives real peace of mind. Plus, the deodorizer service they offer keeps my yard smelling fresh, which is a huge bonus with dogs. Reliable, professional, and just all-around awesome. Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with Scoop King. They were on time, efficient, professional, (both in appearance and in service), and went on and beyond what I had expected for a pooper scooper type of a business. And another thing that I really appreciated, was there prompt communication. That is so important, and they were great on follow through and response. They even offer a service where they can spray your yard with a neutralizer (which smells Wonderful, by the way.), and I would highly recommend that. If you're looking for a clean up, of your yard, from your dogs daily duties,... I highly recommend Scoop King.

Scoop King did great work! Their communication every step of the way was open and professional.
