EDIT: Owner did contact me and apologize so I decided to give him another chance. Although I had a disappointing experience, I will say the actual service is pretty good and we've been with them for over a year now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unable to cancel a service day even though I sent an email and was serviced and charged for the day (email sent on 10/3). Also they bill all at the same time so you get charged 4-5 times at the end of the month even when you ask them to bill weekly. They don’t respond to emails which shows a lack of communication.

Been using this service for about a month and so far no complaints! Always arrive on the scheduled day, typically even around the same time. I do get a text when they're close as well. GREAT pricing too. Definitely recommend. A++

Kyle's service is so helpful in keeping our yard clean. It's immensely helpful and take this chore off our to do list. He comes twice weekly, always on time with texts telling us when to expect him and when we can let the dogs back out. Kyle is very fair & reasonable with the pricing, he's dependable and always friendly & polite. We love his service and can say it's worth every dollar!

Kyle is great! Always shows up on the days he says he will. He even texts before, when he arrives and when he is finished. The yard is always poop free and smells nice. Definitely worth every penny. Thanks Kyle!
