POOP 911 Phoenix

I really wanted to like them but the owner Jeff himself came out to my home 1 time, did not get near done picking up before saying he had to go and he was coming back next week. Even had scheduling issues then car issues which prolonged the initial visit 2 weeks in a row. He came back out next week and then left without performing any services. I reached out and asked if he was going to Come back and no response. I reach out again this week to see if he plans on coming or just bailing on us, and he did not reply. I am glad others got a positive experience, I on the other hand did not. Edit for their response: I have 3 dogs as I specified. I also specified that it has been months since last cleaned. Transparency was there, your communication and professionalism isn't. I received no email from you, call or text. Even when I check in to get an update. It's clear you have the ideal job and ours wasn't cut out to your standard.

I truly love this company, every experience I've had with them has been amazing, and I would refer them to anyone I know who have pups they love and would like to have a poop-free yard. They even deodorize if you want it.

I can’t say enough about their service! They are out here doing the job most of us don’t wanna do and they are fantastic! The owner and his team really take their time to make sure everything is cleaned up and I couldn’t appreciate the customer service anymore! 10/10 I recommend
