Pet Butler

I've had the Pet Butler for about 6 years now. Last year, I had to leave town, and I was able to pause my service. When we returned, it started right back up, with no issue. I really appreciate this service because it gets too hot in the summer to worry about it. Thanks for being there Pet Butler.

We moved into our new house at the end of September and hired Pet Butler right away. They came out twice, did a great job. The third time, I got a text saying my service was started but I was standing in my back yard and there was nobody here. I called to figure out what was going on and after two days of back and forth, the tech (Kyler? couldn't quite understand the name) had told his boss that they were dealing with a "large accumulation of waste" which is why it didn't get picked up. Yet it was all picked up the first two times. Talked to the owner of this location and he said the tech said there was a large accumulation from the beginning. We moved in and had the services start the next week so clearly that was impossible. They did offer a refund but the whole thing was super unprofessional. Wouldn't trust these guys to go in your yard unattended. If they will lie, they will steal.

I've been using them for a few months now and have had no issues. They always clean up the backyard with no problems and do so quickly.

Was on Recker between Elliot and Guadalupe and the truck from this company with last three of 1XF made a turn out in front of me and then proceeded to go about 60 down the road right around the time school let's out. If you put your name on the truck tell the drivers they represent you in everything they do, including driving like crap. I won't use your company because of the lack of integrity your driver showed
