We are very impressed with The Poop Fairy . When reaching out they were very responsive. We discussed pricing and the inital estimate was very fair . As we went into scheduling the agency was very accommodating for our availability. Tate was our service tech he messaged us when he was on his way. He went straight to work and came prepared. He spent an hour on our yard. It is completely rocks and was out of control and he did such an amazing job. When he was done he left dog treats on our front porch. Such a sweet gesture! We paid cash, but there are other option and the service could be even done completely contactless. Tate was professional, respectful and such a hard worker we signed up for ongoing service. They even have options for different comfort levels one time, monthly, or more frequently based on your needs. We are very satisfied with the quality of the customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They did such an amazing job in my backyard, it looked like a dog had never lived there! Their worker, Cole, was respectful and efficient. They even left treats for my dogs which was very sweet. Would definitely recommend to pet parents who don’t always have the time for clean up. Thank you Poop Fairy!!

We love this company! When we first contacted them, they contacted back right away and got us booked for a regular service. Our usual guy is great and leaves our yard very clean. We had one issue where some spots were missed but they were great to resolve the issue right away and issue us a free clean. We will definitely use them for years to come.
