"Doo-Doo No More" Pet Waste Removal Service

I am sorry but I have to leave a less then favorable review on this business. This woman may do good work, but she has less then favorable people skills, which in the end caused me to cancel my business agreement with her. I found out by reading reviews here, after the fact that there are other customers who have had similar experiences with her. I called and made an appointment to have my yard cleaned. The woman answering the phone explained her service to me. Long story short, it boiled down to her charging me $55 per hour to shovel dog poo into bags and leaving them with my trash to be picked up. I was less then impressed ,but as I had already asked her to do the clean up job I decided to go ahead and give her service a try. She said she would be at my home the following Saturday. I gave her my credit card number and paid for the service in advance. A couple of days later I called her back to get an idea of when on Saturday to expect her. I was going to be out of the country and my wife would be home alone. She responded immediately and without a moments hesitation that she would be at my home at 3:45. I was surprised that she stated such an exact arrival time as the nature of the work seemed to make exact appointment times very unpredictable. I would have understood if she had said that her arrival time is unpredictable and she would be at our home in a 2-3 hour window, but she did not do that, she specifically stated 3:45 to me. On Saturday, 3:45 came and went and at 5:15 my wife called her and nicely asked her why no one had come at the planned 3:45 time and to see if they were going to be coming to the house. The woman tore into my wife very rudely saying that she did not give me a specific time, (totally different then what she told me), that she would get there when she gets there and that she worked from sun up to sundown. She spoke to my wife in a very unpleasant manner. My wife called me and related the incident to me. I called the woman and in a calm and nonjudgmental manner, and asked her what had transpired in the conversation with my wife. I offered her a chance to explain her side of what had happened. She did not say anything. After a long pause she asked me if I still wanted her to come to my home. After what had taken place I said, no I don't think I do. Lesson learned..... I should always check the google reviews on a business before deciding to use them. In this case the two previous reviews were bad, and unfortunately my experience was bad as well.

The service we received was good. However dealing with the owner was less than a pleasant experience. The owner was informed of when the service was to end. Even though we had discussed it she still blamed me for the charge on my account after the service was terminated. Then she informed me it takes a month to have the money refunded to my account! Poor customer service to say the least. Not to mention she continued to argue and blame me for the fact that I was charged. I would never use this service again! If you are looking for a pet/lawn service look some place else!

I have read all the negative reviews and this was not my experience. I hired her last year and she was great then and again this year. I had called her to schedule another spring clean-up, she was busy and said she would return my call; which she did the next day. We scheduled for tentatively saturday with the understanding that she may not get to it, which she explained. She sent a message saying it wasn't going to work but would be there that monday. Monday came and as promised she was there, Did a great job: Yes i had to dispose of the poo, again she informed me of this prior to service: if i had cleaned it myself i would have had to do it anyways. I appreciate that fact that someone else did it and i didnt have to. She has a messy job and does it well. Thank you Doo-Doo No More Lisa

Great service and all of the expectations and disclaimers were made known up front when scheduling the service. My yard looks great, and I could not be happier.
