Have used this service for years! Has always done a great job and Richard is terrific to work with, especially when scheduling flexibility is needed (vacations, business travel, etc.). Really appreciate the "take away" service. Made living with two gigantic German Shepherd Dogs manageable. Well worth the affordable rates. A very satisfied customer!

Very good. I'll use them again next spring. They couldn't get here the 1st day they scheduled, but it's spring and they had said 'crazy busy'. They got here the 2nd day and did a great cleanup of a winter's pile of dog poop, and leaves. The back yard looks great. One person in about 45 minutes. (fenced, grass backyard about 30' x 50')

I scheduled with Richard for them to come to my home and pick up dog poop a week out. He advised that they would text me when they arrived and text me when they left. He never texted and never arrived. I am upset as I gave him my card information for payment and no service was rendered. They are not professional and have not answered my calls or text.

I scheduled an apt and even took half the day off work to wait for them to come to my house and evaluate my yard being the first time. A few hours go by and I call the number and the voicemail is full. I called again an hour later and no answer and the voicemail is still full. Not only did they NOT SHOW UP. But I wasted my day waiting for them. I will NEVER use their services. I got no call back even after and inquiry on their website. Completely unprofessional.
